On my walk to local independent bookstore (Skylight Books), I passed:

1. A bride and groom emerging from a church all tuxes and gowns and the guests showering them – and consequently me – with a shower of bubbles.

2. An advertisement for a roommate – vegan only

3. A movie being filmed with half a dozen star trailers

4. The Church of Scientology

5. A Masonic lodge

All in 15 minutes.
